Information We Collect

When visitors or users submit a form or access our game servers, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the email address and other personal data that you voluntarily provide in the form fields. These are used to provide support and to prevent identity fraud in accordance with our Server Rules, which you accept when providing this information. This information will be stored with the trusted Privacy Shield certified providers listed in this policy and only as long as we need it for business, contractual, legal, accounting, and/or tax reasons.

We may also record information relating to your use of our services, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. This information is not stored by BadWolfMC.

Additionally, when making payments, information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number, unique payment identifier, and payment provider identifier are passed to the payment provider in order to process your payment. We use Stripe and PayPal gateways on, and Tebex Limited as an optional external checkout. We encourage you to view their respective privacy policies. In these relationships, each respective gateway is considered the Data Controller, handling any data you provide to them, and BadWolfMC is the Data Processor, using that data to apply ranks or permissions on our servers.

You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to merely access or visit our services.

Publicly Posted Comments and User Content

If you engage in the various chat channels or post any comments anywhere on publicly accessible areas of our services, you should be aware that any personal information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users, as well as other third parties. We cannot guarantee that other users have not made copies of and/or will not use such information outside of our Services. We are not responsible for information you choose to share in these public forums.


All financial transactions made through our native store on are processed through a PCI Compliant gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
